All spindles are inspected upon arrival. Accurate costs can be given at this time.
Spindles are dismantled and all components are checked for tolerance / wear. Defective parts are replaced or where necessary remanufactured. Rotational parts are dynamically balanced.
The spindles are re assembled in clean rooms using high end precision bearings, steel or ceramic.
Rebuilt spindles are run in and run tested over hours or sometimes days.
Final inspection at run up includes –
Current load tests
Thermal image and temperature tests
Mounting of accelerometers for condition monitoring and reports
Clamping force testing
